I had a very disappointing experience trying to place an order. I called five separate times, and each time someone answered, asked me to hold for a minute, and then never returned to the call. Having this happen repeatedly was extremely frustrating and a poor customer service experience. I would appreciate someone looking into this issue and assisting in placing order.

I honestly regret ever buying food from this place. From the moment I opened the packaging, the smell hit me immediately—and it was absolutely terrible. It wasn’t just slightly off, it was strong, sour, and honestly disgusting. It smelled like something that had gone bad a long time ago, not something that should be sold to customers. I had to step back because it was that unpleasant, and right away it made me question how this was even considered safe to serve. Unfortunately, the taste was just as bad—if not worse. It had a stale, spoiled flavor that clearly showed the food was not fresh. There was no quality, no proper preparation, and definitely no care put into it. Every bite tasted like it had been sitting out or stored improperly for far too long. It genuinely felt like I was eating something out of date, and I couldn’t even finish it because it was that unbearable. What’s even more concerning is that this didn’t feel like a one-time mistake. The condition of the market itself makes it very clear why the food is like this. The place looked dirty, unorganized, and poorly maintained. I honestly don’t even know where to start. This is one of the most disappointing things I’ve seen in a long time. The quality is extremely poor, and it feels like there was little to no effort put into making this even decent. Nothing about it stands out in a good way_ if anything, it does the opposite. THE DETAILS ARE SLOPPY! The overall execution is rushed, and it doesn’t meet even basic expectations. It looks unfinished, unpolished, and honestly careless, his chicken is not good and it smells really bad the last time I got it NEVER again I am really disappointed. I expected something at least somewhat professional, but tbh is completely missed the mark. What’s frustrating is that this could have been better with more time, effort, or attention- but instead it feels like it was thrown together at the last minute. If this is supposed to represent your work, it seriously needs improvement. The food is out of date and the owner really should take care of it. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone in its current state. It needs a complete rework before it can be taken seriously. Thanks but never coming back here ever. They have a fairly stocked produce section which is helpful when you go to buy meat. The chicken and meat section is good and has all varieties available. There is a also a frozen sections with all varieties of frozen stuffs from Middle East and South Asia. They also have groceries for the Arabic, Turkish and Indian foods. There is a deli section with a wide selection of ready to eat food - I love the samosas.

Absolutely amazing place to shop! The selection of authentic foods available is outstanding. The meats and cheeses are all of the highest quality. The employees are always friendly and helpful if you have any questions about a product. The store is very clean and well organized. My kids absolutely love the treats and candies that are available like the halva and chocolate covered dates! We highly recommend the Middle East Market!
